Warranty

Our holsters are designed to last so we have a pretty simple warranty on them - if you're not happy with it for any reason, we'll make it right. If you break it, we'll fix it or replace it. If you have a problem we can't correct, we'll give you your money back.

For all U.S. orders we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will send you a prepaid shipping label, so you just have to drop in the mailbox.

If you need to return an item please contact me with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your items.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you do not find the country listed when you are checking out, please contact us so that we can add the shipping option.

We ship all orders by USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes and envelopes. We do our best to get the holsters packed into the best space to save you money. Depending on how far you are from Livingston Montana it will take between 2 and 4 days to get your holster. We'll send you an email when we ship it so that you know the tracking number and when to expect it.  

Lead Time

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates for you based on our current workload and the items you chose.  This value is our current lead time and is located on the front page of this website. This time will give you a good idea about when to expect your holster, but please understand that things happen and it could take slightly longer than anticipated. If your items will be delayed in getting to you by more than a couple days, we will contact you and let you know the status of your order.

If you come in and see the lead time several weeks out and it's Fall, then we're just out hunting and we'll be able to make more holsters when we get back.
